Worst customer care EVER

ZERO STARS!!! Vodacom will drive you crazy with their absolutely appalling customer service. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS AT ALL. The people working there have NO pride in their work. I have been without fibre for over a month. I app**** for a relocation on 17 Jan & it honestly feels like I have achieved nothing at all despite consistent calls. Every time you call the fibre call centre it is like you are starting from scratch. They have a 'system' they check but clearly no one knows how to use it. Also, special shout out to Lindiwe Dlamini who they keep telling me they are 'escalating' to who has done absolutely NOTHING to help me. It's like walking down a dead end every time.
