Worst customer care

<p>My contract was due April 2016. Someone contacted me about a contract and send me a new contract and cellphone. Someone sign for it (dont know who) and delivered it to my shop. I am not at all satisfied with the contract or phone. When i called to send the parcel back they told me they would pick it up within 5 days. But they never came. I called again and again and again. It September now and no one wants to or can help me! Whenever i call customer care now the just hang up on me. I have alot of refrence numbers.</p>
