Worst connection

Dear Vodacom. Please can you sort out this connection issue i have. People keep on phoning me and not getting through. It keeps on telling them my phone is off. Even though im using my phone. I struggle to get calls in and out. I've proved it time and time again to family members how bad your service is. You've got the promotion of dropped calls but you never have to pay cause i can barely get a call through or out....
