WORST COMPANY YET

Hello All,

Would just like to say to never ever ever ever use Vodacom.

I had the worst yet experience with a company. I had a fibre contract with Vodacom and relocated after paying Vodacom 3 months of debit order where my Fibre line was never installed and never had fibre I went to my bank 3 times to reverse the stupid debit orders Vodacom is deducting without me even having service / a fibre connection and worst yet now I have a bad credit score because they say I owe them money for a service I never got. I hate this company so much.

If what I said above doesn't bother you enough try calling the support lines, you will be greeted with a nice KIDS SCREAMING IN THE BACKGROUND where a agent leaves you on hold and never comes back to you or they press dead in the middle of a conversation. I had the worst customer support yet at this place. Agents leave you on hold never to speak to you again. They debit order you for a contract you canceled and then report you to MDB and I wasted money doing reverse debit orders because my fibre line was never installed. I would recommend Telkom even over this place.

Please people never use vodacom there are much better ISP's out there because Vodacom will charge you for a service you never get and you have to constantly follow up when the fibre will be installed just to see the service request for the installation has been canceled and they debit you 2 months still and after you cancel they still @!#(!*!@)(# debit order you and then report you to MDB...

I am tired of this company and I am currently still struggeling with them. I spoke with MDB and showed him all the proof that I do not owe Vodacom a single cent and had to do a affidavid at the police station just to clear my ****ing name.

Oh and you get agents that when you call you can hear them in the background talking to people while you sit and wait and they never come to the phone :)

I hope you people take my experience to go to another ISP
