worst company to ever deal with

I posted a complaint a week ago, now my phone has been sent on twice to the vodacom repair centre, I phoned Leon yesterday to make sure everything would be ready today for collection, According to them it was the battery, it took vodacom 16 days to realise this, weirdly enough this is not reported as a fault in the job card, I still do not know if the phone is working as they do not have a test battery to test the phone, But it seems on arrival at vodacom today, chatted to a few people who had complaints, who feel the service is pathetic, <br> <br> So please vodacom where to from here<br> <br> No 1 on hello Peter as the worst company to deal with
