I have been trying to cancel a contract sim for over 5 months with no luck, their call center agents (cancelation department) always say it will take 2weeks, my account keeps on going to arrears because of this ****... If I could give them a zero I would... I am sick and tired of them... Now I have spent close to a 1000rands paying for a service I don't use. Vodacom you a useless for real
