Worst company in the world

Vodacom Fibre: Worst fibre provider in this country by a mile. I already have a vodacom fibre line installed in my house. Cancelled it 4 months ago which I was pretty happy to do because of the terrible service. Then tried reactivating it. Installer comes to my house, installs a new router even though the old one was working then dissapears and says in 3 hours it will be working. Since then I have had to contact both the installer and vodacom to try get it switched on. Both installer and vodacom are unable to provide any kind of feedback on why its not working!!!!!worst company ever!!!!! Never phone you back. I signed a contract and have a product which doesn’t even work and no resolution in sight. I have spent hours on the phone using my money to resolve and still nothing. Hate this company so much.
