Worst company ever
Worst company ever, app**** for their fibre deal, nightmare decision of my life. Was told that I'll be connected in days. It's been a month now, still nothing. I did follow ups literally every day, only to be told my case has been closed, for whatever their reason. Now I'm struggling to get a confirmation letter stating the termination of the contract due to their failure to provide service. Their agents are rude, do not want me to speak to their senior, also refusing to share cancelations department numbers.
