Worst Company ever

Vodacom has turned out to be the most disappointing service provider I have dealt with in a while. I called and I was complaining then the agent dropped my call then called numerous times and my call wasn’t attended, held for an hour only to listen to their annoying song and then my call was dropped again .. I called for the 100th time and my call was answered but I was told my insurance was cancelled with immediate effect cause I cancelled my airtime contract, funny thing is the money for the insurance was debited from my account today .. What a ****, such a big company with no moral, transparency and no care for their customers whatsoever..
