Worst Cellular Service Ever

I fell behind on my Vodacom account during Covid 19. After I've emailed all necessary documents from my employer to vodacom, they still went and deleted my Nr. After I had spoken to them a week prior to make arrangements. That very same month my number was deactivated leaving me with no way of creating or receiving calls or messages. Phoned them today just to find out that the Nr has been deleted and i was handed over to their collection department. This was shocking as i had received no notice before this was done. The consultant informed me that they had sent various messages to inform me how could they have if the Nr. was deactivated, which is pretty stupid as they had deactivated my account already so HOW CAN I RECEIVE MESSAGES. i have had that number for roughly 13 years. It is disappointing in how the process is being handled. Personally i do not mind paying my phone off as that was the agreement , however , that number means a lot to me. And that the way they deal with the situation after documents have been emailed to them and spoken to them, this is how they treat Clients after how many years. VODACOM WILL NEVER SEE ME AS A CLIENT AGAIN!!!!!!!
