I made the mistake of takingnout a contract from Vodacom. Since day 1 the service was pathetic. During the period of the contract I could not use the data or airtime as the sim never worked.Now the contract is finished and vodocom goes on deducting thrle monthly amount. Their bot just pleads stupidity and the help desk angase. Well vodacom. The contractnis over cancel the contrack and pay back what is mine. Thaking something you are not entitled to is theft.
