Worst Cell repair service,they are worst than Government

Vodacom repairs is the worst.my phone is there for more than 3 weeks. I have to phone constantly for updates amd when they finally decided to give a new phone,it still lays there after 3 days for couriers service. No one can give you a managers number because because it looks like they dont want to speak to the ordinary man on the street.oy speaking to a consultant,the whole time and all they can do it is escalate which means ****all!!! Tried the branch where I gave in the phone and all they can do is to "escalate" it.
