Worst cell phone

Absolutely terrible service. My brother took out a contract for me about a month ago online. The phone still hasn't arrived uptil this day They keep saying 3to5 days every week. I

Still no phone. They said delivery will be done between 4.30pm and 4.45pm

My brother waited till 5.30 and no one came. No even phonecall

Please advise whats happening with the order
