Worst case turnaround time of 21 days exceeded

<p>Never choose vodacom! Terrible service. Terrible after sales! After 21 days (worst case turnaround time) of booking my phone in , it's still not ready. This is the 4th or 5th time I booked my phone in under warranty. Now I want a new phone from vodacom to compensate for the phone not being repaired correctly at times, not keeping up to standard and breaking promises to clients with respect to TAT specified on job card. </p>
