Worst Call centre service ever

I lost my phone and am now going through the very tedious blacklisting, SAPS reporting and insurance process to get a new phone. I had phoned the Vodacom Call centre yesterday and blacklisted the phone and that call went ok. Now insurance wants me to send a copy of my Vodacom business contract to show proof of ownership where the IMEI number would reflect. My monthly bill does not hold this information.

I phoned the Vodacom Call centre number 082111 at about 16h50 today and it took 18minutes and 49seconds and 5 agents later to get nowhere nearer even getting the right information of who to contact let alone resolving my request of getting a copy of my contract I took out about 2 months ago.

The worst was that at 17h10 the agent then eventually said sorry but that the actual department that she thought would help me had closed at 5pm and that is why I was not getting through to them.

It looks like I will not be helped in time so that I can provide my insurance company the right documents to be able to get a replacement phone by the weekend. As we all know, one is totally lost without ones phone.

WHO can actually help me at Vodacom to get a copy of my contract???????
