Worst billing ever

I have 3 contracts with Vodacom. x2 u choose flexi 50 which includes 100 sms, R50 airtime and free bis - total cost R49 each and a data contract 2mb for R99. My contracts total is R197per month no higher. I was debited extra end January which zanele mabena arranged the refund but did not fix the problem.....End February my account was debited R359.72.....please refund my R162.72 + bank charges immediately......also remove the debit order request as I will pay R197 via EFT monthly.<br> <br> Today at 3:37pm i was on a call with Vodacom idiots for 45min...and counting 55min....and counting <br> My account is not in areas since January..Vodacom would have disconnected my phone already...Please return my money immediately..
