Worst app ever

Worst app ever! Never works, can't get any product off of it. Have complained before but no follow up. Looking at other reviews, would seem that I am not the only person struggling with this app. I'm not sure why the change, the previous app worked perfectly. I wonder when vodacom will start paying attention to the negativity around this app.
