Worst and false advertising

Today i went to the Hyde Park vodacom shop to apply for a new contract that they have advertised in their own booklet pg18 of May 2017. They have the Xbox one s for R499 per month for 24 months. When i app**** they advised me that it was wrong printed and they can only give it to me over 36 months. I advised them i would like the the deal as advertised i was told i need to speak to the manager. When i spoke to the manager he just said sorry only available on 36 months and to look at their ts and cs, and if i have an issue to contact the hq and gave me their number. Didnt even attempt to help further.

I was so frustrated. I went to read their terms and conditions and it clearly states that "upon signing a 24 month contract unless states otherwise" now if the advert and the terms state both 24 months, surely that is a legal issue that needs to be followed up with lawyers as thay surely is False advertising at the highest level!!!!

I have tried to contact the hq but keep being transferred to a lady that just repeats the same and they not willing to assist and she advised to speak to someone else as she cant help and she also doesnt know who can.

I feel as somebody that has been with Vodacom for over 15 years and never complains that surely the service would be better. But loyalty means nothing.

Worst ever experience, nobody should ever go to them. Stay away!!!
