worse worse vodacom

Hi, i have seeking assistance since Elite Mobile called me last year nov to renew my vodacom contact, their agent misinformed me about the package, but then after a month i came to realize that the package is not unlimited as i was promised by him. but i got hold of elite mobile in Dec and eventually after some time elite mobile took some time and rewind the calls and acknowledge that their staf misinformed about the package ND they cancelled the contract in march. but now i am receiving calls from (VVM the debt collector company)that i owe them R1700 for early termination contract. i cannot get any assistance, i been calling vodacom helpline, i visited thir store no one is assisting . plz help
