WORSE VODACOM SERVICE CAPE TOWN GOLDEN ACRE
Good Day
I went to Vodacom in Cape Town Golden Acre yesterday to get my upgrade done. The service is highly and unacceptably pathetic. I waited more than an hour to get proper but unprofessional assistance. The staff is higly unprofessional, the Manager seems like a Pakistani guy and does not have a clue what customer service is about. You wait long to get assistance and when you do get assisted they walk away from you, assisting the next customer and the next customer without telling you what's happening with you enquiry or request. They leave you waiting, wondering what's happening. They don't communicate with the customers and the way they speak to you and assist you is super unprofessional. If this is what Vodacom service looks like then I have to bow my head in shame. I went back this morning, 08h50 myself and another customer were standing infront of the shop with 2 of the staff members waiting. The shop was suppose to be opened at 9h00 but the Manager arrived at 9h30 and he did not even apologize to us knor his staff. I clearly told them yesterday that they must exclude the insurance from the upgrade and it wasn't done as I requested. I experienced the same customer service as yesterday or even worse, I could see how irritated certain people got by this behaviour/ service. I sat there for another hour wondering what's the hold up with my request, they just continued assisting other people in the same unprofessional manner. I then decided to ask the lady why it's taking so long, she then only mentioned to me that the system is offline, the printer's is not working. I had to wait an entire hour only to be told the system is offline and that I must go to another Vodacom to cancel my insurance. I did tell the lady that I find this unprofessional service disturbing and that the Manager does not have any customer service etiquette ,her response to me "he is the owner" tell him yourself. I told her I don't care if he's the owner, the fact is he's still represents and markets Vodacom's service and this is the worse and most unprofessional service I HAVE EVER experienced in my life. I wish someone can go there and see what's happening. SUPER PATHETIC.
Kind Regards Lindie
