Worse Upgrade

I upgraded to an iphone 7 on the 13 October 2016 on the Vodacom Online service, the consultant upgraded my previous contract as my contract expired end. I received numerous messages from Vodacom saying that I am due for an Upgrade, I chose to wait as I wanted the iphone 7. I did my upgrade process over the phone, not once did the consultant explain to me that there will be an extra device amount (for my iphone 6) still deducted as my device contract has not run out yet. How can you have two upgrade dates as I only signed once when upgrading previously.

On the 20/10/2016 I had a look at my Bill which is not the amount that it is supposed to be, I phoned vodacom customer service to find out what the problem is: I spoke to a lady named Sipho and she said that I have 2 device amounts on my account, I then asked her how this can be possible as I upgraded. She then continued to explain that my iphone 6 device contract hasn't run out yet and has not expired. I asked to speak to a manager where she said he will also not be able to assist me, and she will put me through to a different department, where I then got cut off. I phoned back, asking to immediately speak to the manager (Brenton). I explained the whole situation to him in which he states that I have two different contract agreements on my contract - one for my plan and one for my device and I will have to pay for my iphone 6 device as this was not run out yet. I tried to explain to him that I signed my contract with my iphone 6 and not prior, with other words I didnt go into Vodacom and sign my plan contract and then went back for my device, all was done together. How can this be possible to pay for two devices after vodacom said I can upgrade...

The upgrade consultant also said that I will not be billed for the FREE promotion (10G) but this is also on my account...

Vodacom didn't even try to resolve my problem - was just like you will have to pay for it... They need to up s**** their staff two explain the correct procedures... I will move away from Vodacom just because if this bad service

Very dissapointed
