Worse than the Vodashops in Tzaneen you can't get!

I've received a new corporate cellphone and needs to do a SIM swop. On Thursday, 5 March I went to Vodacom Tzaneng Mall to request a new SIM Card. As usual they don't have and tell me to go to the Vodacom shop in Tzaneen Crossing. today I went to Vodacom in Tzaneen Crossing and as predicted they also don't have. \Try again later"is the response. They are not interested in taking a number where they can contact you when they receive stock - that would be too big an effort. Is there somebody at Vodacom who is actually willing to do something about the poor service that we are faced with in Tzaneen?"""
