Worse than a government hospital

Every time I go to the Vodacom store in Vincent park I lose hours of my life for nothing. If you have to get a phone repaired you have to take and entire day off. My time and petrol is not cheap or free but vodacom does not seem to mind wasting either of these things.I need to book a tablet in for repair and they could not do it as they were off line now I have to take more time off and waste more petrol going there again another day with no guarantee that they will be able to book it in that day either or that they won`t have to make a phone call and sit on hold for 2 hours while you watch them as this is normal practice.
