Worse SP EVER!!!

There are no worse consultants than the people Vodacom employs at Cancellations!!! Can someone please call me as each time I call, for one reason or another I keep getting cut off in the middle of the process and no one thinks to call me back. All I want is to just ****ing cancel this service and you are not even helpful enough to allow me that. Next thing I must pay another month because "I informed you late" of the cancelation. As if I have not been trying since yesterday to cancel.
