Worse Service provider with idiotic staff

I have had it with your **** service, I have 50 calls log to come out and fix the internet connection, everyday I get promised I'll call you, I will send someone out but no comes or provides a time to say we are sending someone. I am told the same thing over and over, I'm not a idiot .. Do u know how much times you have asked me to unplug a router and reset it as well as unplug a octotel dam ass box....i get calls at at work about having to do the same thing over and over, passed to different people and departments , I have spoken to a Rasonda Valentine and was promised it will be sorted, I have Spoken to a themba a Zoe and Ameer I have had my family members having to answer the calls as no times are provided for call backs... I want this sorted or u can come and uninstall your **** product with your **** service which I am not paying for this is the worse service I have experienced in my life. Also whose going to pay for my electricity bill and airtime wasted on the numerous calls. This was installed in November it is February and still not active.
