Worse service from Vodacom

What trash service I have received from vodacom. I canceled my contract with them which was via debit order. I have never missed a payment. Now they billed me twice the contract amount telling me my account is in arrears. But no body can explain to me how this came to be. I am being sent from pillar to post with no assistance. Never use vodacom, they are trash.
