worse service ever!

Saturday *** Vosloorus Chris Hani Crossing @ 13:55 : I took in a phone for repairs and when I got there,They had a queue which I inquired about how to go about...A lady ask me to join the queue...The other consultant started complaining that his shif has ended and Vodacom does not pay for over time. When he was supposed to help me he told me his shift is over must come on Monday...I nearly punched him on the face. He took a bad and told me his going. I am very disappointed the service Vodacom...As an X Vodacom employee I waz never trainned that way...Never....
