Worse network ever

Worse network I ever dealt with. 15 September 2020 I received an COP Iphone 6s the phone gave me problems the first day I got it gave them the call to come and fetch the phone, was told the courier guy will come to get it kept giving them a call nothing till Nov the courier guy name Mduduzi Ntsingila came to collect it so after that I kept calling vodacom asking them to terminate my contract I spoke to invy she told me she will give me a call she took all my contact details till now I haven't heard from her called again this time was told Nokwanda is still discussing my 'matter' with supervisor and she will call till today no one called me, to my shock thinking the matter is resolved but today I saw that I am still paying for the phone that I'm no longer using. Seriously think vodacom is ****** but this is topic for another day and I will give evidence
