Worse network ever

Worse communications network ever. Third time this year that they are trying to **** me. First they upgraded my contracted and increased my subscription, I struggle since August to cancel my insurance after they asked me to complete and forward a cancelation form and started ghosting me and now I'm still paying for insurance I don't want and now they are calling me saying that my account is in arrears knowing damn well that I have not skipped once. Can't wait for this contract to end.
