Worse Network Coverage EVER!

Vodacom's coverage map confirms that I should have network coverage, however I don't. I have queried this so many times, they have to send someone out to come and check the signal, however this never happens, my queries are closed. Now when I want to cancel my contract (because I cannot do business this way) then they want to charge me penalties for cancelling a service (which I don't have!) This is pathetic!!! Worse network ever!
