Worse experience with VODACOM!!!
Worse experience with VODACOM!!!
My father passed away last year September and we have been trying ever since to cancel his contracts with VODACOM.
After numerous phone calls we finally went into Vodacom Walker Drive in which the query was first lodged (26 October 2018) and nothing happened.
Second query was logged on the (2nd April 2019) whereby Loretta from VODACOM Walkerdrive sent another email to Legal Collections to assist with my fathers account. “ The store in Greenacres then did a transfer of ownership instead to my mothers name and she told them she will not be able to afford it. She was then told she was declined for the transfer of ownership in any case , however, it seems to have been transferred to her name anyway. Loretta logged a service request on ref 1-34... and they advised hat the client has to follow cancellation process, however, these lines were not supposed to be transferred to begin with. It should have been treated as a deceased account as the clients husband’s estate was going to take care of it. “
ONLY on the (4th April 2019) did Salome & Gavin O’Reilly advice that the query has been logged with the Legal Department (EC-1...) whereby Lorrettea already logged a query last year October. (26 October 2018) and still to date nothing has happened.
Basically this matter has still not been resolved and we are still being charged!
And VODACOM has done absolutely nothing to help and we just keep paying!
