Worse customer service ever .

Worse service of my life. I will never recommend anyone, the staff are not trained properly, From consultant to Manager, they are very rude, unprofessional ,the shop is extremely dirty . Today around 9 am, I went to Vo Randburg square mall to ask for internet settings because I just bought a new phone and I didn't know how to activate it, I met this consultant, I asked for the settings, her response" I don't know, it's done by technicians in Cresta mall, "I ask her u mean u don't know the USSD string? No I don't, I then asked Why is she working if she doesn't know. She then told me to dial *111# I did that and I asked her, which option from here, Oh my, the rudeness, the irritation was written all over her face I asked her, if this is the service they give to their customers? I told her that I also work in the customer service industry and I have never ever encountered such or treated my customers in that manner. I moved on and went to another one who looked like the manager, I asked her for the lady's name, she said maybe she can help, she helped me with what I needed. What only a technician can help with according to the other consultant. Problem with the manager look alike was when I wanted the other consultant's name, she told me not to do that, I told her that her service is bad She started saying I don't know what I want I got help what more do I want. She told me she can't give me her name Should I need to know it, I should ask her. I then asked them, does that mean u all don't want to give me her name or your names. They became hooligans, I have never seen such In my life. Vodacom Randburg is the worse outlet ever. Please offer training to your staff.
