Worse company to ever exist

I have 3 contracts with Vodacom, one of the numbers I upgraded recently and the package was supposed to include SMS's, as that is what I agreed to. I have come to terms with Vodacom not giving me these SMS's every month as I refuse to fight with your agents love to argue. Today I received a very rude call from one of the E-lite agents on Vodacom's behalf and this woman cut the call on me when I tried to explain I am not getting the SMS's so she is now the reason I am choosing violence. Someone needs to assist me and ensure the correct items are being given to me. Previously I have had issues and I try to ignore them but you people are the ****s of the earth honestly.
