Worse business ever Vodacom

The worse business i had come across in my life contacted vodacom regarding a online deal. they approved the deal however never contacted me back. leaving the process hanging for days and when i want to cancel because of the bad business experience that i received from them and extremely poor customer service the consultant wont even allow me to cancel and say they unable too. my wife and i have now gone to lawyers regarding the poor service and a contract she has with vodacom that has been double billed without missed payments and vodacom acknowledges it and still the problem has not been resolved. i recommend everyone stay away from this poor business and not to do business with them your life becomes hell especially to first time customers

it seems that the responses are way quicker on hellopeter then your own company contacting its clients i dealt with call center agents who are very quick to sell products to new customers then after banking details has been obtained they fail to reponed to the customer with comfirmations and delivery however once again they dont fail to obtain banking details.

im not worried about ****mers contacting me however im worried about the growing concern of vodacom customer care in this day and age where putting its people first always seem to become last.
