WORS SERVICES VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE
Worse service ever i have vodamail email addres that vodacom reset passoword and after that i cant see any of my old emails and you can talk to nobody at vodacom customer service is useless and let you old on for hours problem is there for weeks now and last person i talk to said lock in to webmail there is also NO old emails when i phone again i was told to go to any vodacom shop. Shops can help they say call customer care. I need old emails as there is SARS docs on there i am not holding on hours again to get now where this is past useless company as people that are in customer care have no idee what they are talking about

You dont understand that i need that emails asap and have been trying to sort this out for weeks holding on to speak to person not robot for hours and then just back at same point i need old emails asap like in 3 weeks ago when i phone the first time. According to them it is or was on webmail if i lock in i see nothing. Still i cant talk to the person that can see email because customer care says not aloud to talk to them. is this going to take another 3 weeks.
