Worrying Service

job nr: ********** 8

job nr: ********** 7

So my wifes Iphone 6s plus stopped charging after a few months of use. She went to Wonderpark vodacom to sent it in. We called for an update after 2 weeks just to find out it was still at the shop. She went back and they said they wanted to deactivate her "find my iphone"and they asked my wife to give her Username and password wich is a big NO NO in my eyes. They took her username and password and logged in her account to deactivated the "find my iphone". Im pretty sure it was not activated in the first place. So this is where it gets fishy for me. Why did the guy in the vodacom shop take my wifes username and password to deactivate her "find my Iphone"? Its also uneccaptable for someone to ask for your username and password. I want to know if that phone is with Vodacom and i want to know if the guy or guys who took the username and passwords have written it down somewhere. There is personal stuff on that phone like banking passwords etc. Hope you see this as a serious issue because its a MOERSE serious issue this.

Still no feedback from vodacom, still dont have the phone back. Still no updates from you guys. You are useless in what you do. Dont try and debit the account because its almost 2 months now without the cellphone that was sent in.
