Worlds worst network provider!!

Absolutely disgusted in the quality of service I have received from Vodacom!! I SPEND A LOT of money on the network and to be told 3 days after submitting my phone into insurance Mohave a cracked screen repaired that my claim has not even been received, let alone processed is absolutely disgusting!! Vodacom also claims that they are the best network, what network makes you wait up to 14 days to get your phone back after repairs? Do we not pay such exuberant prices because we are paying for good service delivery and quick and accurate processes? I am very disappointed and feel like closing my contracts with Vodacom indefinitely!!!
