Working against the law

I did a port request from Vodacom to cell c,according the law they are not allowed to refuse the request but it has been a week without ant success,each day they say the issue will be resolved.Bridgett,synthia,Lindi(ceo office),sylvia i just some of the prople promise to call me back but the worst of all is,Jan Delport,Lindi or Mr Govender does not keep their word,this is the worst company or people to deal with.Ang one that needs more information can contact me on ***.
