Words fail me at how bad this place is!
Twice received the incorrect items ordered, TWICE…. both returned…. find out today my account, not because Vodacom called me, but because I called to check if these orders are all cancelled due to incompetency…..that my name is at PRE_LEGAL…. I am listed on ITC for an account that I do not have because I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING…..
Seriously?!!!!!
I cannot even comprehend that there is so much incompetency around….It is absolutely mindboggling
