Word of advice: Leave Vodacom (worst network provider all round)

It’s unfortunate that I even have to give a star at all because Vodacom deserves a zero rating. Their network gets worse by the day and their customer service is the worst. I have laid a complaint about one of their customer service agents who called to shout at me for not taking up one of their offer of a contract. I have waited with baited breathe for even a response just confirming receipt of my email. I have followed up numerous times with no success. I have been with this network for well over 10 years and it’s time I jump ship because nothing about Vodacom is worth it anymore.
