WON'T HELP TO RICA SIM CARD

I have a sim card for a mobile router that I want to RICA but no one can help me I've contacted Vodacom they told me to go to a store which I did the store also said they can't help. So R.350 gets paid each month for that sim card/contract but we can't even use the sim card
