Wont Help

I went into a Vodacom outlet where i bought my phone a couple of months ago, when i went into the show to get help on how i can repair my phone.. i had to wait 30 min in the shop where there was almost no clients and the staff was just talking to one another<br> <br> I got to a repair counter where i wanted my phone (LG G4) to get fixed, the tech guy just sat there and tried to switch it on and when it didn't wanna come on he just said sorry he cant help me i must make a plan myself...<br> <br> Haven't had such bad service in a long time, RUDE and UN HELPFULL
