Wonderful Vodacom service

I have dealt with the cancellations department and have received excellent service followed by an sms and email of the amended contract on 30 August 2021. It was so good to speak to someone that understood my request and did her best to accomodate me. The consultant was eloquent, efficient, understanding and customer centric. Well done Vodacom, please get more people like this
