Wonderful Vodacom help desk staff member

My praise is for one of Vodacom's help desk assistants, DAISY LODYA. OMG how lucky I was that she answered my call. If you've tried, you know, it's absolute hell to get help from vodacom. I'd sent emails to customercare...they'd give a reference and then just go no further. That chat box is ridiculous unless you have an easy general call. I had upgraded online, and my invoice was higher than it should have been. To get assistance was IMPOSSIBLE!!!! UNTIL DAISY. What an asset she is. She literally made my day. Thank you DAISY...if only all company helpdesk/customer care staff were like you.
