Annelissa from Vodacom's customer service have graced me with a wonderful interaction that redefined customer service for me.
Process knowledge. Top! Product knowledge. Top! Kindness. Top! Listening skills.Top!
She was really wonderful and patient. I usually get frustrated with the level of service I receive from Vodacom even when I called for petty issues. Today, however, I called regarding pretty serious issues and kept asking for questions that required time and effort to answer. However, Annelissa was humanely upto the task.
