Wonderful Service for the 1st time

After all my decades of loyalty to Vodacom I would like to Thank Keneilwe Mashego from customer service for the most wonderful service she has given me.

When she said she would call me back at a certain time she did, even thou i was scepital at 1st because of so many bad experiences i have had with vodacom , when she couldn't she would send me an sms and let me know what is going on and why she couldnt call . She never stopped calling and checking on me until my problem was sorted and at some point was very patient on the phone with me to try all possibilities to sort out my problems and when she couldnt she got someone to call me within minutes, who could and she under stood my urgency

Her service was exceptional and i really appreciate it. if everyone was like that it would be such a wonderful experience. I would love this massage to be passed on to her and her bosses or line managers

Just like we complain when something is wrong with the company and it gets escalated , she (Keneilwe) also need to be acknowledged , escalated and praised when she is exceptional at what she does
