I had a problem with my Nokia Lumia's account as the data usage was extremely high the past 2 months. I queried it and Vodacom came back to me telephonically and explained to me how to reduce data usage in the future and also refund me with a once-off gesture of goodwill as I was not aware of the savings I could have had if I turned off certain apps.<br> <br> I would recommend Vodacom to anybody<br>
