WONDERBOOM JUNCTION BRANCH IS A DISASTER

Geez like but the service at Vodacom Wonderboom Junction is actually PATHETIC AS HELL!!!! Phone got ****** so had to go into store to do a sim swap - go to the WONDERBOOM JUNCTION branch of Vodacom - Firstly HOW IN THE HELL ARE YOU A CELLPHONE STORE WITH NO SIM CARDS!!! then I asked the guy when are SIM cards going to be delivered he says after 12 - couldn’t wait until 12 so I said I’ll come back again - ended up buying a SIM card somewhere else because you can do a sim swap through TOBI - now TOBI is the dumbest thing ever, ZERO HELP from the robot! - end up going to the WONDERBOOM JUNCTION BRANCH again this morning - only for the lady to look at me and say “you need to go to the branch that you bought the SIM card and do it there or buy a SIM card here” - so I tell her okay it’s fine I’ll just buy a SIM card here then - does this lady not look at me and say WE DO NOT HAVE SIM CARDS!!!!

If WONDERBOOM JUNCTION don’t want to help people then they MUST CLOSE THEIR DOORS - PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
