Won't let me go and forget to send out of bundle sms

<p>Last Month I asked Vodacom after my contract expired to put me on Prepaid, I am STILL waiting for this order to go through, on top of it all you sent me an sms to indicate i had used 50% of my bundle... BUT convieniently forgot to send me the out of bundle sms... usually when I receive that sms i just top up, instead you saw fit to bill me excessive amounts of out of bundle data, simply cause you have f*cked up on numerous occasions.</p> <p> </p> <p>GET ME OFF YOUR F*CKING CONTRACT SO I CAN GET OFF YOUR F*CKING NETWORK DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME!!</p>
