Won't fix device that has well known manufacturing problem.

Vodacom wants to charge me R4,500 to replace both my screen and main board of my LG G4 (h815p) because it's bootlooping. After doing days of research, i've come to learn that the LG G4 model has some serious issues with going into a boot loop. Vodacom is now using the fact that my screen is broken as a scapegoat for not having to replace the faulty board on the device.

After being a customer of Vodacom since 2008, I think that this is absolutely rediculous. If Vodacom has issued me a device which is faulty, they aught to either replace the device or fix the issue at their expense, not mine.
